Evaldas splits his time between Vilnius and the seaside, but no matter where he starts his day, it kicks off with energy. In the Vilnius office, his mornings often begin by checking that Balcia’s systems are running smoothly - from internal tools to customer-facing platforms.
“I like to make sure everything works the way it should, so people can focus on their jobs instead of IT issues,” he says.

After work, Evaldas looks for thrills. In summer, you’ll find him wakeboarding near the seaside; in winter, skiing down snowy slopes. “I get inspired by fun activities, a taste for adrenaline, and interesting people – and Balcia is full of all three,” he admits.
