We spoke with Jonatan, Head of the Insurance Department at Balcia Estonia, who joined the team this April, to learn why he has remained in insurance for nearly his entire professional career.

Starting in a completely new field is always an exciting challenge—especially when your previous experience comes from outside the industry.
