Meet your leader

Position

As the Claims Registration Specialist at Balcia, you will be the driving force behind our customer service success, tackling calls, complaints, and inquiries with patience and expertise.

Get ready to:

  • providing substantive support for the settlement of motor claims in simplified cases,
  • answering incoming calls and providing customers with precise and adequate information during the claims settlement process,
  • managing email inboxes,
  • registering insurance claims,
  • ensuring timely and accurate verification of preliminary information provided in connection with reported claims,
  • being responsible for collecting and properly managing the claims documentation received during the claims handling process.

To fit here you'll need:

  • Experience in customer service via phone and email,
  • Ability to gather information and think analytically,
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook),
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team,
  • Knowledge of English (reading comprehension and basic customer service),
  • Experience in insurance (preferably in the area of motor claims handling).
  • Experience in motor fast track of claims handling is a plus.
