Kick Off
Turns out there's no single way to launch a month like this. Latvia went high-energy: our most dedicated early birds laced up for a Morning Run with a soundtrack good enough to make 6am feel optional-but-worth-it. Estonia took the opposite muscle group entirely, a face yoga session, because apparently even your smile needs leg day.
Feeling Fresh
You are what you eat, and this month, Balcians ate (and drank) accordingly. Weekly smoothie and fruit deliveries vanished almost as fast as they arrived, we're choosing to see that as a compliment. Poland went all in on healthy living with a team breakfast, a dedicated Matcha Day, and a full body analysis courtesy of a nutritionist, for anyone brave enough to hear the truth about their sleep schedule.

Recharging
Wellbeing isn't only about moving more - it's about doing less, on purpose. No-meeting Thursdays gave people room to actually finish a thought. Others found their reset in twenty silent minutes in the massage chair, or a morning Yoga session on the Balcia terrace before the day sped up. Lithuania pushed recharging even further with a workshop on sleep and nutrition, proof that rest is a skill, not just a lack of coffee.

Having Fun
Not everything this month had to be good for you, some of it was just fun. A numerology session told us what our favorite number secretly says about us (no comment). We finally learned how kombucha is actually made, which was either enlightening or slightly concerning, depending on who you ask. And there was more still: colleagues rolled up their sleeves for blood donations, cooled off with Skrīveru ice cream, and drifted off during a sound journey that may or may not have caused a nap or two.

Health Is Wealth
If this month proved anything, it's that looking after yourself isn't a nice-to-have, it's the baseline. Between the runs, the smoothies, the quiet Thursdays, and everything squeezed in between, our colleagues got a genuine chance to recharge before autumn picks up speed. Thanks to everyone who showed up, tried something new, and left a little more recharged than they started. See you out there.
