What if values weren’t just words on a wall but something you could actually feel, taste, and experience?
On March 26, across Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and Estonia, we didn’t just announce our company values, we brought them to life.
Why this matters now
In a fast-moving business like ours, success is no longer defined only by what we know but by how quickly we learn, adapt, and act.
As we grow, enter new markets, and continue to challenge bigger players, alignment becomes critical. Not just in strategy, but in everyday decisions—how we prioritize, collaborate, and serve our customers.
That’s where our values come in.
They are not here to describe who we wish to be. They reflect how we already operate at our best—and set a clear direction for how we move forward. In a company that moves fast, values act as our compass: helping us stay focused, make better decisions, and keep our culture strong as we scale.
Because growth without clarity creates noise.
But growth with shared values creates momentum.
Four values. One mindset.
After months of shaping and refining, we launched four values—simple, clear, and built for action.
- Outsmart Yesterday — Challengers, Not Followers
We question norms, move fast, and focus on smart solutions. We simplify, test, learn, and turn “can’t be done” into “let’s do this.” - Own the Outcome — Owners, Not Guests
We take responsibility end-to-end. We act, solve problems early, and continuously learn—balancing strong results with sustainability. - Stay Human — First Names, Not Titles
We keep things simple, open, and real. No unnecessary hierarchy—just approachable people, clear communication, and a bit of fun along the way. - Keep It Crystal — Transparency, Not Show
We communicate openly, share the “why,” and give feedback early. No hidden agendas—just honesty, trust, and continuous improvement.
A launch you could experience
This wasn’t a typical rollout.
In every country, employees stepped into interactive value stations—designed to engage all senses. You could feel, see, and even taste what each value means in practice. It turned abstract ideas into something real and memorable.
The launch was led by our Values Ambassadors—colleagues who already live these values in their daily work. Each country brought its own energy, making the experience local, authentic, and truly engaging.
And to make it stick beyond the day, employees received freshly branded merchandise for each value—small reminders of a much bigger mindset.
So… what now?
Launching values is just the beginning.
Next, we focus on embedding them into everyday work—through trainings, communication, and practical use in how we collaborate and make decisions. The goal is simple: to empower every employee to not just understand the values, but to live them.
Because values don’t live in presentations.
They show up in decisions, in actions, and in how we treat each other—every single day.
And that’s where the real impact begins.
