Kicking off team building
The day began with a workshop focused on one simple idea — how well do we actually work together? The goal wasn't just to observe, but to uncover the things that could be improved going forward — communication habits, decision-making patterns, and the small details that quietly shape how the team performs under pressure.

Next up were the real challenges
A series of hands-on activities followed, each one testing communication and coordination in ways a regular workday never does — from getting eight people to jump the same rope, to preparing and performing a group dance routine. Every challenge came with its own twist, pushing the team to think fast — and quietly showing a side of each other that's easy to miss otherwise.

Practice makes perfect
Other tasks called for quick thinking and creative problem-solving — like figuring out how to build a two-meter tower using nothing but teamwork (and a lot of feet). Each task came with an extra step: rehearsing the solution, then presenting it to a very important VIP guest, who responded with either a thumbs up or a thumbs down. No pressure, right? It wasn't just about solving the challenge — it was about collaborating well enough to pull it off with confidence.

The grand finale: pizza, Italian-style
After a day full of energy, the team wrapped things up the best way possible — putting together their own pizzas, just like they do in Italy. No rush, just good ingredients, a bit of creativity, and the perfect way to unwind after hours of teamwork.
Turns out, after a day of trust-building and problem-solving, there's something about building a pizza side by side that feels less like an activity and more like a well-earned celebration. And the result? Genuinely amazing!

One last look back
A few challenges, plenty of laughs, and pizza shared with the best company — sometimes that's exactly what a good day at Balcia looks like. From start to finish, the day was full of moments that brought the team a little closer together.
