Position

Your mission, is to make the business skyrocket to success by hitting sales targets, charming customers and cooperation partners, and crafting a genius sales plan that turns the company into the Rockstar of the industry!

You will:

  • be our representative in working with cooperation partners - insurance intermediaries, to build sustainable business relations
  • create and apply strategic solutions for client portfolio management
  • carry out negotiations and specify conditions and details of a service or solution
  • manage and monitor sales of insurance products to partners
  • find new business customers and offer them various products
  • prepare the documentation for sales proposals and tenders
  • conclude and renew contracts, enter and update information and background of a client in the database

 What we expect

  • If you have experience in attracting new clients in the insurance industry and building business relationships,
  • If you are able to argue and present your opinion convincingly,
  • if you are a team player and at the same time can carry out tasks independently,
  • if you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a mindset that allows you to always think out of the box,
  • then we are "on the same page", and it is definitely worth talking to us.

 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in active sales/key account management, preferably in the insurance field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to make decisions and find solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent Lithuanian, excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
