You will:
- be our representative in working with cooperation partners - insurance intermediaries, to build sustainable business relations
- create and apply strategic solutions for client portfolio management
- carry out negotiations and specify conditions and details of a service or solution
- manage and monitor sales of insurance products to partners
- find new business customers and offer them various products
- prepare the documentation for sales proposals and tenders
- conclude and renew contracts, enter and update information and background of a client in the database

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in active sales/key account management, preferably in the insurance field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to make decisions and find solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent Lithuanian, excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
