Recently, we completed an inspiring 3-day AI sprint powered by Helve, bringing together 29 dedicated individuals from Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and Germany. As pioneers in the insurance industry to embrace this specific challenge, we are thrilled to leap toward fostering a culture of innovation.
A collaborative AI sprint
During the sprint, five pilot projects were developed, and we are excited to announce that two of these projects are moving forward to the project phase. A team from Latvia created an AI prototype designed to quickly assess customer needs and provide insurance coverage, significantly cutting down response time. Meanwhile, a team from Lithuania developed AI solutions for motor fleet underwriting and processing unstructured customer requests, eliminating manual work and boosting efficiency.
