Get ready to:

• Analyze claim documentation to assess if recovery claims are justified,

• Confirm or supplement data related to recovery debtors,

• Complete all necessary documents to initiate recovery proceedings,

• Prepare and send payment demands,

• Negotiate and arrange repayment agreements,

• Collaborate with legal advisors and law firms in recovery processes,

• Create reserves and register payments in internal systems,

• Settle invoices from law firms supporting the recovery process.

To fit here you'll need:

• At least 2 years of experience in recovery claims handling – required,

• At least 1 year of experience in motor claims handling,

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills,

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook),

• Strong communication and teamwork skills,

• Independence, punctuality, attention to detail, and very good organizational skills,

• Communicative English (min. B1–B2).
