Position

As a Customer Care Specialist, your role will involve providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring their insurance needs are met promptly and with a smile.

You will 

  • Provide customers with product guidance via phone, tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements
  • Register insurance claims efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records in electronic databases

Requirements

  • Strong sense of accountability and effective communication abilities
  • Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent knowledge of Latvian, Russian, and good understanding in English
  • Prior experience in customer service or the insurance field would be a valuable asset
