YOU WILL
- have the opportunity to create customer service processes at the Insurance Company from scratch,
- communicate with customers/agents (incoming calls, email handling, chat, SM, etc.),
- ensure customer satisfaction and professional service,
- maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers,
- accurately assess and effectively resolve customer problems,
- provide customers with detailed information on insurance products,
- have the ability to tailor offers to meet customer needs.
