Meet your leader

Position

As a Customer Relations Specialist, your role will involve providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring their insurance needs are met promptly and with a smile.

YOU WILL

  • have the opportunity to create customer service processes at the Insurance Company from scratch,
  • communicate with customers/agents (incoming calls, email handling, chat, SM, etc.),
  • ensure customer satisfaction and professional service,
  • maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers,
  • accurately assess and effectively resolve customer problems,
  • provide customers with detailed information on insurance products,
  • have the ability to tailor offers to meet customer needs.

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • experience in customer service,

  • communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team,

  • organised and friendly personality,

  • creativity, decision-making and problem-solving skills,

  • goal-oriented thinking,

  • punctuality, accuracy and responsibility for assigned tasks;

  • good knowledge of English (at least B1 - reading with understanding, basic customer service).

Not two days at Balcia are the same, you will have an opportunity to participate in international projects and be part of a growing and professional team. We will provide you with the necessary training, guidance, and onboarding.
