You will:
- Work closely with brokers to review and process settlement-related documentation, policy cancellations, policy changes, and questions regarding invoices
- Collaborate with internal teams to verify policy details, coverage terms, claim information, and facilitate seamless interactions for brokers
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to settlements, cancellations, policy changes, and invoices, ensuring meticulous accuracy and adherence to company policies and industry regulations
- Maintain open lines of communication with brokers to address inquiries, provide real-time updates, and consistently deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor, track, and manage settlement processes, policy cancellations, policy changes, and invoicing matters, ensuring all tasks are executed within predefined timelines
- Analyse settlement trends, policy adjustments, and invoice concerns, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize and refine processes
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline settlement procedures, policy changes, cancellations, and invoicing workflows, contributing to heightened operational efficiency and superior client experiences.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on settlements and broker interactions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with brokers and internal teams
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in settlements and documentation
- Problem-solving skills to address and resolve settlement discrepancies
- Ability to work under stressful conditions
- Hands-on experience with MS Office
- Advanced knowledge of Estonian & English
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new policies, procedures, and technologies
- Capability of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing work efficiently
