You will:
- design, launch and daily manage the products in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as underwriting, legal, marketing, and IT
- develop and execute strategy and roadmaps for the products
- develop underwriting and analytical processes
- develop products’ supporting documentation (e.g. insurance conditions, UW and sales guidelines, etc).
- perform case–by-case underwriting following procedures and methodology
- conduct market research and competitiveness analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats
- work closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and product training materials
- ensure the profitability of the products
- analyse product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings and pricing
- stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing products

Requirements
- Knowledge of the insurance market and Property insurance products;
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position;
- Strong Lithuanian and English language skills
- Creativity, commitment, and independence of action;
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Attention to detail and analytical skills, proven numeracy and statistical skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs, in particular MS Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, actuarial science, finance, business law or accounting.
