Get ready to:

• Administer motor third-party liability (MTPL) insurance claims in accordance with claims handling procedures and within assigned authority, primarily focusing on standard and less complex cases.
• Prepare, review, and manage claim documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Enter, update, and maintain claims data in our internal systems quickly and precisely.
• Support smooth communication with customers, external partners, and internal teams during the claims process.
• Provide clear, professional, and empathetic customer support at every stage of claim handling.
• Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure claims are processed efficiently and on time.

You’ll fit right in if you have:

• Previous experience in insurance is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Strong Latvian language skills and conversational English.
• Basic understanding of claims or insurance processes, or the motivation to learn them quickly.
• The ability to stay organised and focused in a dynamic environment.
• Solid MS Office skills.
• A strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and willingness to learn new procedures and systems.
