You will:
- Build the claims department, setting strategic goals, objectives, and performance targets.
- Develop and implement claims processes that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Build a robust partners network and foster cooperative relationships with external partners to drive mutual growth and innovation.
- Foster a customer-centric mindset, ensuring that the claims process delivers outstanding customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance claims automation, digital solutions, and data analytics.
- Monitor claims metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Drive innovation in claims handling, implementing new technologies and methodologies to streamline processes.
- Coach, mentor, and develop claims staff, fostering a high-performing and motivated team.
- Collaborate with underwriting, risk management, and legal teams to manage complex claims cases.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years experience in claims management within the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of insurance regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead teams
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Hands-on experience with MS Office
- Fluent Estonian, excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
