About you:

• Customer service and sales skills come naturally to you.

• You’re an excellent communicator (whether on the phone or by email) who builds trust with ease.

• You’re proactive, responsible, and always ready to go the extra mile for clients.

You’ll fit right in if you have:

• Higher education (business, economics, or related field preferred).
• At least 2–3 years of experience in sales or customer care (insurance experience is a plus).
• Excellent Latvian, good Russian, and conversational English.
• Confidence with MS Office and digital tools.
