Get ready to: 

• Execute Balcia's communication strategy, including planning and implementing content and PR activities
• Plan, coordinate, and provide content for Balcia's internal and external communication materials (media content, blog posts, and other content materials)
• Collaborate with external partners/agencies in developing communication materials, industry opinion pieces, event concepts, and unique digital media content
• Take responsibility for internal communications planning, content creation, and dissemination
• Lead employer branding activities, and oversee Balcia LinkedIn channel
• Cooperate and communicate with customers on various digital platforms (google reviews, App Store etc.)
• Follow the latest media trends, and monitor and analyze the market
• Contribute to the development of the Balcia event strategy, identifying new ideas, concepts, innovations, and ways to improve the current approach

About you:

• You can create and execute communication strategies aligned with organizational goals
• You excel in planning and developing engaging content across various channels (media, blogs, LinkedIn, internal communication channels, etc.)
• You have experience working with external partners and agencies to create impactful communication materials
• You possess knowledge of employer branding strategies and execution
• You are familiar with digital platforms, including social media
• Your skills extend to organizing and managing events
• Your creative thinking allows you to contribute fresh ideas

To fit in here you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience (3 years) in strategic communication, PR, or related roles
• Proficiency in Latvian and good English skills (written and verbal)
