Get ready to:
- Establishing, maintaining, and developing relationships with brokers,
- Risk assessment, preparation and negotiation of insurance offers, and concluding insurance contracts in accordance with the strategy and underwriting guidelines,
- Achieving sales targets,
- Providing expert product support and actively cooperating with the sales network (including training),
- Ongoing market analysis, competition, and monitoring changes,
- Actively participating in product development, as well as the tools and methods for underwriting risks.
To fit here you'll need:
- Higher education – preferred fields: law, economics, finance, insurance,
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in property and liability insurance underwriting,
- Ability to work in a team,
- Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel),
- Knowledge of the insurance market and practical understanding of insurance-related matters,
- Analytical and creative thinking skills,
- Proficiency in English at a communicative level (min. B2).
