Get ready to:

• Establishing, maintaining, and developing relationships with brokers,
• Risk assessment, preparation and negotiation of insurance offers, and concluding insurance contracts in accordance with the strategy and underwriting guidelines,
• Achieving sales targets,
• Providing expert product support and actively cooperating with the sales network (including training),
• Ongoing market analysis, competition, and monitoring changes,
• Actively participating in product development, as well as the tools and methods for underwriting risks.

To fit here you'll need:

• Higher education – preferred fields: law, economics, finance, insurance,
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in property and liability insurance underwriting,
• Ability to work in a team,
• Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel),
• Knowledge of the insurance market and practical understanding of insurance-related matters,
• Analytical and creative thinking skills,
• Proficiency in English at a communicative level (min. B2).
