Andrew fell in love with insurance in the previous millennium and all the time he hopes with reciprocity! He believes that life is a continuous journey from which we can constantly learn, and even a short commute can give us inspiring thoughts. He adheres to the principle of treating others as we want to be treated ourselves, and values honesty, sincerity and openness above all else. He believes that the role of a leader is to help co-workers spread their wings and add wind to make them fly upward. Nevertheless, as an enthusiastic rationalist, he makes sure that the flight is safe and ends with a soft landing. As an amateur actor, he loves public speaking and knowledge sharing and encourages everyone around him to share their experience and skills.

Andrzej’s passion for insurance was born during the lectures on marine insurance he went to while studying at a university in Gdynia.
