YOU WILL:
-
answering incoming calls and providing customers with accurate and relevant information in the claims process,
-
handling e-mail inboxes,
-
registering insurance claims,
-
ensuring timely and correct verification of initial information provided in connection with reported claims,
-
responsibility for the collection and proper maintenance of claims documentation received in the claims handling process.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
experience in telephone and e-mail customer service,
-
ability to obtain information and think analytically,
-
ability to use MS Office programs (Word, Excel and Outlook),
-
communication and team-working skills,
-
knowledge of English (reading comprehension, basic customer service),
-
experience in insurance is welcome (preferably in the area of loss adjustment).
