Meet your leader

Position

As the Claims Support Specialist at Balcia, you will be the driving force behind our customer service success, tackling calls, complaints, and inquiries with patience and expertise.

YOU WILL:

  • answering incoming calls and providing customers with accurate and relevant information in the claims process,

  • handling e-mail inboxes,

  • registering insurance claims,

  • ensuring timely and correct verification of initial information provided in connection with reported claims,

  • responsibility for the collection and proper maintenance of claims documentation received in the claims handling process.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • experience in telephone and e-mail customer service,

  • ability to obtain information and think analytically,

  • ability to use MS Office programs (Word, Excel and Outlook),

  • communication and team-working skills,

  • knowledge of English (reading comprehension, basic customer service),

  • experience in insurance is welcome (preferably in the area of loss adjustment).
