- You collaborate like a pro and know how to explain your ideas clearly
- You’re curious about business goals and how your designs move the needle
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience designing digital products (web + mobile)
- Understanding of accessibility, UX principles, and responsive design
- Ability to balance creativity with consistency
- Passion for creating things that actually work for real people
- Integrate creative automation tools into your workflow
- Use JIRA or similar tools to manage design handoff and iteration
- Strong grasp of information architecture, interaction design, and documenting user flows
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Bonus: experience with user testing methods like Hotjar, Maze, card sorting, or focus groups
