• You know your way around Figma, design systems, and prototyping tools
• You think mobile-first and user-first, always
• You’re not afraid to ask “why?”, challenge briefs, and suggest smarter ways
• You collaborate like a pro and know how to explain your ideas clearly
• You’re curious about business goals and how your designs move the needle

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience designing digital products (web + mobile)
• Understanding of accessibility, UX principles, and responsive design
• Ability to balance creativity with consistency
• Passion for creating things that actually work for real people
• Integrate creative automation tools into your workflow
• Use JIRA or similar tools to manage design handoff and iteration
• Strong grasp of information architecture, interaction design, and documenting user flows
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
• Bonus: experience with user testing methods like Hotjar, Maze, card sorting, or focus groups
• Bonus: experience in motion design, micro-interactions, or branding
