You will:
- be the charismatic first impression for our guests and team members
- lead day-to-day office operations, keep the office supplies well-stocked, juggle correspondence, schedule meetings, and assist with travel arrangements
- become our office maestro! Coordinate and oversee a wild mix of office activities and projects, from internal communications to pop-up parties
- assist leaders in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding the best industry talents, and manage HR documentation like a boss
- be an efficiency guru! Seek ways to carry out everyday tasks more effectively, identify areas for improvement, and create a cozy work environment to keep our employees thriving

Requirements
- Higher education and work experience in related field
- Fluency in Estonian and English, both spoken and written
- Outstanding administrative, interpersonal, and communication skills, “can do” attitude
- Proactive team player with the ability to think creatively, multitask and perform under tight deadlines, maintaining a positive attitude
- Hands-on experience with MS Office
- In-depth knowledge of office management and HR processes, up-to-date knowledge of Employment Law and best practices will be considered as an advantage
