Meet your leader

Position

As the Customer Care Lead at Balcia, you’ll elevate our customer experience by supporting the team, strengthening their skills, and ensuring consistent, high-quality communication.

Get ready to:

  • listen to calls and analyze emails to assess service quality,

  • support the claims registration process by monitoring data accuracy, communication, and timely actions,

  • prepare reports and recommendations for communication improvements,

  • identify training needs and create development materials,

  • collaborate with leaders and teams across Balcia Group countries on service standards,

  • support the maintenance of high customer satisfaction (NPS, feedback),

  • update and enhance customer communication standards,

  • work closely with Claims and IT departments to improve customer experience,

  • initiate actions that streamline service processes,

  • handle customer service via phone and email,

  • respond to complaints and official letters from authorities.

To fit here you'll need:

  • experience in customer service,

  • the ability to work in a dynamic environment,

  • strong communication skills, empathy, and a positive attitude,

  • english skills (reading comprehension and basic customer support),

  • willingness to work in shifts (until 18:00),

  • experience in insurance, preferably in claims registration.
