To fit here you'll need:

experience in customer service,
-
the ability to work in a dynamic environment,
-
strong communication skills, empathy, and a positive attitude,

english skills (reading comprehension and basic customer support),
-
willingness to work in shifts (until 18:00),
-
experience in insurance, preferably in claims registration.
