Position

We don’t just sell insurance. We create partnerships built on trust, energy, and solutions that really work. As a Key Account Manager, you’ll play a vital role in growing our client base, strengthening relationships, and making sure every customer experience is seamless and positive. Get ready to:

  • Grow and maintain partnerships – attract new clients (individual and corporate) and provide high-quality service to existing ones.
  • Be a trusted advisor – consult clients on Balcia products and insurance terms, assess risks, apply tariffs, and prepare tailored offers.
  • Deliver excellent service – manage the full client journey, from preparing offers and policies to monitoring claims processes and reminding about renewals.
  • Ensure smooth settlements – handle client accounts and coordinate financial transactions.
  • Compete and win – prepare insurance tender offers on time and with high quality.
  • Keep track and report – provide monthly reports on signed premiums and policy renewals.
  • Collaborate with intermediaries – attract, onboard, and support brokers, maintain relationships, and coordinate with other Balcia teams to ensure great service for their clients

About you:

  • You’re driven by results and passionate about building lasting partnerships.
  • You know how to guide clients through their options, explain risks clearly, and close deals with confidence.
  • Sales and presentation skills come naturally to you.

  • You’re a strong communicator and collaborator who knows how to build trust.

  • You’re proactive, responsible, and always ready to go the extra mile.

You’ll fit right in if you have:

  • Higher education (business, economics, or related field preferred).

  • At least 3 years of experience in insurance sales.

  • Excellent Latvian, good Russian, and conversational English.

  • Confidence with MS Office and digital tools.
