You will
- be responsible for managing and overseeing user access rights within Information Systems, ensuring secure and appropriate access is maintained for all users
- provide expert advice and guidance to users on the effective use of various information systems, helping them understand and utilize these systems to their full potential
- your focus will be on diagnosing and resolving problems that end users encounter with specific information systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operation
- troubleshoot and solve application-related technical issues, as well as perform simple configuration changes to applications to enhance user experience and system functionality.

Requirements
- 2+ Years Work Experience as an IT User Support Specialist
- Configuration Skills of Active Directory and Group Policies
- Understanding of Network Infrastructures and Components
- Experience in IS User Rights Administration
- Ability to Provide IS User Consultations
- Good knowledge of the English and Latvian
