You will

• be responsible for managing and overseeing user access rights within Information Systems, ensuring secure and appropriate access is maintained for all users
• provide expert advice and guidance to users on the effective use of various information systems, helping them understand and utilize these systems to their full potential
• your focus will be on diagnosing and resolving problems that end users encounter with specific information systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operation
• troubleshoot and solve application-related technical issues, as well as perform simple configuration changes to applications to enhance user experience and system functionality.

 Requirements

• 2+ Years Work Experience as an IT User Support Specialist
• Configuration Skills of Active Directory and Group Policies
• Understanding of Network Infrastructures and Components
• Experience in IS User Rights Administration
• Ability to Provide IS User Consultations
• Good knowledge of the English and Latvian
