Position

You will be tasked with driving innovation and efficiency, leveraging your analytical expertise to streamline processes and create impactful solutions. With a talent for collaboration and a sharp eye for detail, you’ll navigate complex systems, implement new strategies, and inspire teams to embrace change. If you have a solid background in insurance claims or process management, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for turning challenges into opportunities – we’re excited to see how you can transform the way we work!

YOU WILL

  • Manage, analyze, and optimize transport processes to ensure efficiency and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement innovative processes that improve operational performance and meet business goals.
  • Train team members and engage them in adopting and applying new procedures effectively.
  • Serve as a backup for the department manager, taking on leadership responsibilities and delivering on key objectives.
  • Collaborate with IT, partners, and other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Regularly assess performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and provide insights to enhance decision-making.

WHAT WE EXPECT 

  • A higher education degree, preferably in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in insurance claims administration or 1 year in process or project management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle large volumes of information effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships and foster collaboration.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, with experience in process automation considered a strong advantage.
  • English language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
