YOU WILL
- Manage, analyze, and optimize transport processes to ensure efficiency and high-quality results.
- Develop and implement innovative processes that improve operational performance and meet business goals.
- Train team members and engage them in adopting and applying new procedures effectively.
- Serve as a backup for the department manager, taking on leadership responsibilities and delivering on key objectives.
- Collaborate with IT, partners, and other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Regularly assess performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and provide insights to enhance decision-making.
WHAT WE EXPECT
- A higher education degree, preferably in a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in insurance claims administration or 1 year in process or project management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle large volumes of information effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships and foster collaboration.
- Proficiency in IT systems, with experience in process automation considered a strong advantage.
- English language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
