Get ready to:

• answer incoming calls and providing customers with accurate and relevant information in the claims process,

• handle e-mail inboxes,

• register insurance claims,

• ensure timely and correct verification of initial information provided in connection with reported claims,

• be responsible for the collection and proper maintenance of claims documentation received in the claims handling process.

To fit in here you'll need:

• experience in telephone and e-mail customer service,

• ability to obtain information and think analytically,

• ability to use MS Office programs (Word, Excel and Outlook),

• communication and team-working skills,

• knowledge of English (reading comprehension, basic customer service),

• experience in insurance is welcome (preferably in the area of loss adjustment).
