Get ready to:

• Assess, analyze, and underwrite liability risks in accordance with company guidelines (MTPL, KASKO, CPM).
• Determine appropriate pricing, terms, and conditions for new and renewal business.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and clients.

About you:

• You’re detail-oriented and take responsibility for what you do.
• You enjoy working with risks, numbers, and practical solutions.
• You’re curious, proactive, and open to learning.
• You are stress-resistant and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• You communicate clearly and enjoy teamwork.

You’ll fit right in if you have:

• Experience as motor underwiter at least 2 years.
• Strong Latvian language skills and conversational English.
• Confidence in making underwriting decisions.
• Solid communication and collaboration skills.
• Solid MS Office skills.
• A strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and willingness to learn new procedures and systems.
