Ralfs is one of the final checkpoints before Balcia’s updates go live. As a Testing Engineer, he makes sure every fix, tweak, and improvement works as intended, so that customers receive a smooth experience and zero bugs. His role is all about making good things better, and preventing small issues from becoming big ones.

What motivates him most? People. Not grand speeches, but thoughtful, intentional actions, like adding one clear sentence at the end of an email that helps the whole team understand what’s going on. It’s the little things that make the biggest difference.

He’s not quite trying to take over the world (yet). But he’s here to learn, grow in the process, and prove to everyone (including himself) that he’s just getting started.

Ralfs recently discovered his unexpected love for dancing. He’s still learning the steps, but enjoying it way more than he ever thought he would.
