About you:
- You’re detail-oriented and take responsibility for what you do.
- You enjoy working with risks, numbers, and practical solutions.
- You’re curious, proactive, and open to learning.
- You are stress-resistant and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- You communicate clearly and enjoy teamwork.
You’ll fit right in if you have:
- Experience as motor underwiter at least 2 years.
- Strong Latvian language skills and conversational English.
- Confidence in making underwriting decisions.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills.
- Solid MS Office skills.
- A strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and willingness to learn new procedures and systems.
