Get ready to:
- timely and compliant handling of substantive claims settlement for personal insurance,
- taking the responsibility for obtaining accurate data from incident participants and institutions, as well as collecting and verifying them,
- having ongoing contact with clients via phone and email,
- cooperating with external entities,
- negotiating and concluding settlements, as well as handling appeals and complaints.
To fit here you'll need:
- a minimum of three years of experience in substantive claims handling for personal injury under liability and individual insurance,
- decision-making and problem-solving skills,
- proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook),
- strong communication skills and ability to work in a team,
- independence, punctuality, systematic approach, and excellent organizational skills,
- communicative level of English.
