To fit here you'll need:

• experience in customer service roles,

• ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,

• strong communication skills, empathy, and a positive attitude,

• english language skills (reading comprehension and basic client communication),

• willingness to work shifts (until 6 PM),

• previous experience in the insurance sector - ideally in claims registration - will be a strong plus.
