You will
- Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of borrowers, loans and other investment projects
- Dive deep into financial data, analyze trends, and draw insightful conclusions to support risk management decisions
- Work independently, taking initiative in researching, documenting processes, and presenting well-founded conclusions
- Employ excellent Excel skills for effective data handling and financial modeling
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of economic principles, financial sector dynamics, and business management

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial analysis tools
- Proficiency in Latvian and good English skills (written and verbal)
