Get ready to:
- Develop personal accident, travel, and other insurance products, along with tools and methods for risk assessment,
- Monitor and analyze market trends, legal changes, and competitor activities,
- Improve existing products and introduce new ones to meet evolving customer needs,
- Analyze the technical account of insurance portfolios, especially in motor insurance,
- Assess risks, prepare insurance offers and special programs, and conclude contracts in line with underwriting guidelines,
- Implement and grow personal and travel insurance products across various sales channels,
- Provide expert support to the sales network and deliver product training sessions.
To fit here you'll need:

Minimum 3 years of experience in product management and sales/underwriting of personal insurance,

Knowledge of the insurance market and practical knowledge of personal group insurance,

Understanding of the technical account in insurance,

Higher education – preferred fields: insurance, law, economics, finance,

Teamwork skills,

Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel),

Analytical and creative thinking skills,

Communicative English (min. B2 level).
