To fit in here you’ll need:

• Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience  in product management within the insurance industry, with a focus on motor insurance

•  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and insurance markets
• Proficiency in Latvian and good English skills (written and verbal)
