Get ready to:

• Development of products (home and liability insurance) as well as tools and methods for risk assessment and protection,
• Ongoing analysis of the market environment, competition, and emerging changes,
• Modifying existing products and introducing new ones,
• Establishing, maintaining, and developing sales relationships with intermediaries,
• Risk assessment, preparing insurance offers based on received inquiries, and concluding insurance contracts in line with strategy and underwriting guidelines,
• Providing product-related expertise and actively collaborating with the sales network (including training sessions).

To fit here you'll need:

• At least 3 years of experience in product management and sales/underwriting of property and liability insurance,
• Knowledge of the insurance market and practical understanding of insurance-related topics,
• Higher education – preferred fields: insurance, law, economics, finance,
• Ability to work in a team,
• Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel),
• Analytical and creative thinking skills,
• Communicative knowledge of English (minimum B2 level),
