  About you:

• Currently studying in a relevant field (finance, economics, law, HR, mathematics/statistics, business, or similar – depending on your area of interest)
• Genuine interest in the insurance industry and a strong willingness to learn
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills in both Lithuanian and English
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and documents
• Able to manage your time and handle a few tasks at once
• A team player who's open to feedback and new challenges
