About you:
- Currently studying in a relevant field (finance, economics, law, HR, mathematics/statistics, business, or similar – depending on your area of interest)
- Genuine interest in the insurance industry and a strong willingness to learn
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills in both Lithuanian and English
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and documents
- Able to manage your time and handle a few tasks at once
- A team player who's open to feedback and new challenges
