• Independently plan, coordinate, and execute marketing projects from start to finish
• Identify and evaluate potential partners, building relationships with brands and organizations that can strengthen Balcia's marketing activities
• Create and distribute media content to boost Balcia's reputation and marketing efforts
• Grow and engage our community across social media – Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Prepare and distribute press releases, and coordinate interviews and events
• Plan and execute social media campaigns
• Collaborate with different departments and external partners (agencies) to create content aligned with the brand strategy
• Monitor social media trends, analyze results, and provide recommendations for campaign optimization
• Maintain relationships with media contacts and serve as the main point of contact for social media and PR agencies
• Stay up to date on industry trends and new marketing tools

  About you:

• A university degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Experience in PR, marketing communications, or social media management
• Solid knowledge of social media platforms and a good sense of current trends and what makes content work
• Solid project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Lithuanian and English
• Creative thinking and a good eye for aesthetics
• Analytical skills – familiarity with data analysis and tools for measuring campaign performance
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with different teams
