Get ready to:
- plan, lead, and execute all marketing activities for the Latvian market;
- manage and track local marketing budgets effectively;
- develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, activations, PR , social media and direct marketing);
- organise brand-building activities — including sponsorships, pop-ups, and community events;
- build and maintain strong partnerships with local agencies, vendors and media;
- work closely with Balcia HQ to adapt social media strategy for the Latvian audience;
- monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity in Latvia;
- report campaign performance and make data-informed decisions;
- be the Latvian brand ambassador within the Balcia Group.
About you:
- You have a university degree in Marketing, PR, Communications or Business
- You bring at least 3 years of experience in marketing project or campaign management
- You know the Latvian market — media, customer habits, tone of voice
- You’re fluent in English and Latvian (spoken and written)
- You’re proactive, organised, creative, and commercially minded
- You know how to work independently while staying in sync with a wider team
