Which Balcia insurance subscription are you?

Postion

As a Lawyer/Attorney you will become part of our legal department, which supports our company in all legal matters, creates contracts, regulations and keeps an eye on the latest changes in the law.

YOU WILL

  • Provide day-to-day legal services for the branch

  • Give opinions and draft contracts

  • Issue legal opinions

  • Work with general insurance conditions

  • Draft internal regulations

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • Higher legal education

  • Professional title of attorney or trainee status would be an advantage

  • Experience in dealing with a financial insurance law

  • Knowledge of commercial insurance law

  • Knowledge of the Act on Compulsory Insurance UFG and PBUK

    ability to communicate in English on daily basis

  • Experience in the field of personal data protection law (nice to have)

  • Experience in dealing with a property insurance company (nice to have)

  • Ability to search for solutions, creativity, involvement

  • Ability to work both in a team and independently
