To fit in here you’ll need:
- Higher education in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Experience in insurance or the financial sector (will be considered an advantage).
- Proven experience with implementing or enhancing financial systems, and strong knowledge of accounting software systems.
- Excellent knowledge of Latvian accounting, tax, and labor legislation, as well as a deep understanding of IFRS.
- Good knowledge of the English.
